We have a large RV so I wouldn’t count on these solely. But good for a second/third set

Mom’s transport chair has poor brakes. At restaurants she was constantly drifting back away from the table while eating. These blocks work great. The rubber gets a good grip on floors and keeps her at the table without drifting at all. I put them at opposite ends of a bungee cord and hang them from the handgrip on the way into and out of a restaurant. Not too large, good and heavy, softish rubber so they don’t slide. 100% satisfied.

These chocks were sent to me by the seller obviously used and filthy. But even if they had been immaculate, they were way too heavy to be carried around and used as wheelchair brakes. Who would want to push a wheelchair and have 2 heavy weights swinging from the handles? They seem to be hefty enough for an RV. Amazon should take another look at the standards of their vendors.

I purchased two to place behind each wheel when I’m transferring my patient into the wheelchair. The breaks on the chair don’t keep it from moving when I’m setting her in the chair – but these stoppers do. I feel much safer knowing they are there and the chair doesn’t budge. Highly recommend.

I had been home 2 days and the brakes on my new wheelchair did not hold and caused me to fall getting into it. My wife came up with the idea of Wedges behind the wheels and then a friend recommended these Wedges. They work well! When you put the behind the large wheels you can’t move the chair backwards.I highly recommend this product.

These are sturdy and worked like a charm for our student until his wheel lock part came in and could be repaired.
