How to measure the head circumference to choose the helmet?
Use a tape measure parallel to the forehead (a finger high above the brow bone and the back ofthe head lincluding the hair. The measurement data is heaccircumference. Then choose the helmet size according to the head circumference.

What if the helmet pinches the ears?
This is normal. Watch a MotoGP race and yowll even see the pros adust their ears as thev prepare. As long as you can push your ear back to its nomal posiionand it doesn’t hurt. The most important thing is the helmet fits when i t’s actually in place.
