So far no issues, had a concern when I first purchased the oil tank that it wouldn’t bolt up, maybe the wiring terminal wouldn’t fit, it would be made cheap!…. But this oil tank is actually built to the same quality of the one from the factory. Bolted up with no problem, the wiring connection clipped right on… I added oil to probably a 1/3 of the tank. I didn’t want to start the motor with no oil in the tank! I put my water boot on the motor. I left the vent closed, started the motor, cracked the vent cap a bout 3 turns and she vacuumed pulled the oil and filled the tank and my alarm reset it self. Only time will tell the longevity of the tank. I have had the boat out 10-12 times and have no worries with this purchase and will recommend it to anyone that needs to replace there oil take/ sensor. Their is a guard around the motor the motor Callen locks to that you’ll need to losen to make it easier to get to the lower bolts on the oil tank, it’s no big deal. Don’t be scared of this tank!
