This was a second pair of the same boots I had purchased previously but these were received with scratches on both boots as if a previous customer may have worn them and sent them back. I have sent these back. In one picture it appears that someone may have tried to cover up the scratches but did not bother trying to repair, or cover up, the others which were more visible. I am still giving these boots a “4 Star” rating because the boots themselves are a great value and quality boot. But I think instead of ordering, I will go to the Harley store and buy them there.
