How does it make sense to have a pin too large to fit the hitch. Seriously! “You had one job and you blew it!”

Fits my 1 1/4 inch class II receiver, I got it because I think hitches look better with something in them that isn’t the ball 24/7, and also, my car has 2 factory tow loops up front but none in back, so now I have one in back that I keep in the hitch with a locking pin whenever I’m not using the tow ball. I guess it could be helpful if my friends ever need another pull home, or I’m stuck somewhere. Either way, looks nice, fits pretty well in my case. I did add a few layers of paint to my receiver though, so idk, as some reviews claim it’s a tad loose. Maybe they were trying it in a 2 inch receiver? Hard to say. Seems well built too, though.

It has a much looser fit than I think it should have. Besides that, it is still functional and does what it needs to do.

Small, but did the job with no problems. Used it on my Jeep that had the smaller receiver.

I chose this item because it can be turned up and down or sideways. It is useful also as a tie down point to keep you ATV/UTV centered on your trailer. A ball mount just don’t work for everything, especially hauling your vehicle and keeping it stable. Excellent anchor point and as a tow point with either belts, chains, ropes, and cables.

Yep, it works. On the back of our Gator, it pulls lawnmowers and 4 wheelers out of the mud, and tree limbs to the brush pile. On the back of Mom’s car, I can pull her out of most of her situations lol.. A D ring hitch shank is just as handy as a shirt pocket, and this one is plenty tough enough for it’s intended use. Much safer than a hitch ball for pulling with straps and rope. I’m thinking about getting another one just for mom’s car.

This shackle is really cool! I got to put in the receiver of my WRK this past winter as sort of a place holder. I probably wouldn’t use it as a true recovery hitch but I feel it’ll be useful to move small branches out of the road. I find that my fits my receiver very well and is really easy to install. I’ve seen reviews of it rattling but I have an anti rattle clamp so that hasn’t been an issue for me. Overall, for my needs, this is an excellent value for the money.

2025 Rav4 came with an “activity” hitch. This fits.
