I was a little skeptical about buying this mig gun as I’ve always purchased genuine Miller parts for my welders. I decided to give it a try as I’d already waited 4 weeks for oem replacement parts to arrive and couldn’t wait any longer. I placed my order Saturday evening and received the mig gun Monday. The mig gun uses standard Miller M10 consumables, tips, diffusers and gas shield nozzles which I already owned. I was very pleased to discover that the mig gun also uses the M10 liners for various wire sizes. The ergonomic design of the gun makes it very comfortable to use over an extended period of time. The flex neck also made getting into some very tight spots a much easier task. The only issue I did run into was during the initial set up. The “O” rings to seal the gas port were too thick, 3/4″-1/2″-1/16″. I had to replace the “O” rings with 1 size down, 11/16″-1/2″-3/32″, from the ones that came with the mig gun. Other than that, I’d highly recommend purchasing the Flexible Nexk Mig Welding Gun from Yeswelder.

I ordered this new gun for my MillerMatic 180. The first item shipped was damaged in transit according to the tracking information and was to be returned to the seller. I contacted them and they promptly sent another one which I received today just as my old gun decided to finally stop working. The gun fits PERFECTLY to the MillerMatic 180 and is a GREAT GUN! I have been welding for 30 years and would absolutely recommend this as a replacement gun. Customer service was EXCELLENT and I look forward to hopefully experiencing more YESWELDER product! I have purchased two of these. My first purchase was a 12-ft lead for my miller 175. I was suspect based on the price but this gun has served me very well. My second purchase was this review the 10 ft lead with a flexible head. I bought this to run 023 wire and weld in a couple of difficult spaces and odd angles. The only problem that I have had has been the quality of the O-rings used around the gas port. That was a very minimal problem and only showed itself after a year of use on my first gun. The ptoblem was easily solved with the $5 purchase of a set of Miller brand o rings. I would offer this is a good product that has taken some abuse in my shop and performed very well. The liner seems to be a good quality and I’ve had no problems with the gun or the connections. Other than inconsequential o-ring issue I would rate this mig gun five stars.

I installed this on a new Miller 180 Autoset machine. The O rings some people complained about were no problem, because the person posted a picture of the ring they damaged. That told me what they had done wrong. So I wet a fingertip with a bit of oil and rubbed the O rings with it. Then a gentle push and rotation at the same time and they popped in without damage. I then put the mig gun through its paces and did some welds and uphand at different settings using .023 wire. It worked well.

Took 5 minutes to install and works great a lot better than the original the trigger is nice and smooth. Wish I had ordered this a long time ago. It is very well made much better than I expected even after reading the other good reviews

Fit near perfect into millermatic 250. Tested perfect. Better than my previous miller trigger. Smaller nozzle and slightly more curved gun, made my mig welds around 1″, 1 1/2, 1 3/4 tubing (all between 049 to 083 thickness. Beautiful welds. Was like when I first bought the maching yrs ago.

So far so good. Welds as good as the original Miller gun, and better than most of the aftermarket ones. Price is right! I’ll would buy another one.

I had a problem with the one that was sent out. I used the Amazon link to send a message to tech support. And they actually called me and talked out the issue. On top of that, they called a few days later to follow up. The product is pretty close to just as good as original. Can’t beat it for the price and service.

I used this gun for about an hour the other day, and it works fine. However, as others have mentioned, the included O-rings do not fit Miller welders—not even close. I was able to use it by reusing the old O-rings from my Miller gun.Other than that, my only complaint is the color—I wish it came in something other than red since Miller welders aren’t red.We’ll see how it holds up long-term, but for the price, it seems like a solid option so far.
