I got this same one for my 2017 f150 a few years ago and installation was very straightforward and simple.The installation video did not support my 2019 Subaru legacy but after a few emails back and forth (wish it were a phone call back) I got it done.After I completed the installation on the Subaru , the remote start worked perfectly!I recommend this product!

I had some issues with physical installation but the product is good. Support guys helped me at every step. It was easy to program it. I like it because I don’t need to buy and carry additional key fob. It works with my OEM key fob and in the same way like OEM remote starter.

The product is great. Preparing my 2019 subaru forester was difficult. There wasn’t much documentation about removing the instrument cluster. Once that was figured out, installation was easy.My subaru lights lit up like an xmas tree for the first few times I fired up the ignition. The computer was briefly in shock over the remote starter that wasn’t there previously. Once that issue went away, everything was perfect.

Installed this on my ‘19 Legacy back in May 2024. It’s complicated if you never did it before and it varies a lot between Subaru models that the instructional video doesn’t show. On my the ECU was mounted in a different location than on the Forester in the video. Functionality it works fine I just would prefer if the brake pedal in remote start mode would not shut off the car. Normally starting the car requires the brake pedal to be pushed in similarly to a clutch on a manual vehicle it’s muscle memory you need to break if you remote started it. Other than that it works good five months on.

This product comes with the wrong instructions, then after contacting support, they still gave me more wrong instructions. If I had tried to follow what they gave me I would have damaged my cars dash. Would not buy again.

This device was installed in a 2021 Subaru Forester.For the last 10 months absolutely no issues.Only advice, after everything gets programmed and connected Do Not Disconnect. I made that mistake and that created a conflict with the vehicles computer that was resolved performing a reset by disconnecting the battery.Costumer care was fast to reply and issue resolved.

This kit was very easy to install on my Subaru. Programming wasn’t an issue either! I use it daily and I live in the south! Great for heating up my car in the Winter and cooling it off I. The Summer time! Stays running even after opening the doors! Definitely would recommend this product and other safe by this company!

Bought for my woman who lives in a 4th story apartment so running out to start the car is rather inconvienient. I installed it in about an hour including downloading the software and programming it. The instructional videoes were pretty clear and easy to follow. She loves it!!!
