I was so disappointed with quality that I returned this item. No way am I replacing my stock mandrel bent piping with this low quality crush bent garbage. The pipes were not even flush with the flanges, overall screamed poor quality and poor fit. I expect more from an aftermarket company such as Walker. I called Walker to explain my frustration and they said if I didn’t have 500hp that crush bent piping was fine. With today’s gas prices I don’t care if mandrel only adds .00001 mpg savings, I want the pipe to meet or exceed factory specks.

The fit seems fine (2003 MDX), and, with new gaskets, it seems to seal well. The tubes are bent “the cheap way”, so the gas flow is not nearly as smooth as OEM. Whether this actually matters or not is academic.I was able to cut two of the rear bolts with a cut-off wheel (and a reciprocating bi-metal blade for the last one due to the tight fit). The front nuts came off with penetrating oil and an impact wrench (some of the studs unscrewed with the nut). 2.5 hours without a lift (but with airtools), due to cutting and grinding. One stud was too short, so had to cut it off, drill it out and use a bolt+nut.

My days of crawling under a car are over. I brought my car and parts to a muffler installation shop. In 1 hour the old flex pipe was removed and new one installed. The muffler shop charged $200. I’m very happy.

This pipe did not even come close to fitting my 08 Honda Ridgeline. I had to cut pipe in 2 locations,slit,and bend one section,bolt in place,and weld repositioned pipes.Terribly disappointed, Walker used to be good quality

Exactly 3 years and it completely rotted out at the hanger bracket. No complaints on the fitment but I expected it to last longer than it did.

I had a huge hole in my old part. Ordered this and my truck is much quieter now. Only wish it came with the gaskets.
