Flowmaster’s FlowFX series mufflers deliver a moderate performance tone for the enthusiast looking for an exhaust note that is different from the “chambered” muffler sound. The interior features a large 3.00-inch “straight-through” stainless steel perforated core, surrounded with high-temperature sound absorption materials delivering a deep traditional mellow tone. The internal flow design is reversible, so the muffler can be installed in either direction to best suit the vehicle application and offsets needed. Features include fully MIG-welded “bright” 409 stainless steel construction with the FlowFX logo embossed on both sides of the case. The FlowFX line of mufflers is perfect for the person looking for a show quality performance muffler at an economical price point and in a compact sized case.

Fair price and work great. Truck was obnoxiously loud thanks to my husband is still being 17 mentally but now it sounds good with just a bit of noise so we’re both happy.

I got 2016 Ram v6. I had super 44 on it. Sounded horrible when accelerating, like one of those low hondas kids drive. This muffler went on like a breeze. Sounds bit quiter, but not alot. Gonna add a resonator after the muffler and see what that does. Nice looking finish to it though lol.

Sounds great. A bit quieter than I was hoping but I’m sure it’ll get louder over the years. Running with cats and no resonators on my 2010 Tahoe. Absolutely no drone on the highway is a major improvement from my old thrush welded

Not worth the money –
I put this muffler on my 98 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9 magnum. It’s a 3” muffler and I get tons of compliments on the sound. Real throaty at idle and a beast when opened up then nice and quiet at cruise.

The welds are very nice. The sound is quieter than the mbrp one but it’s like an inch shorter. In my 5.7 hemi still sounds good.

Super happy with this. Sounds awesome. Price is better than anywhere. My neighbors might not be as happy. But it’s so much quieter than my old exhaust. Has that cool rumble and no drone on the hwy. My person can actually talk to me when I’m driving……..(as if I’m listening lol.)
