GENUINE RKX 3.0T SILICONE THROTTLE BODY INLET HOSE
The RKX Hose is crafted out of durable nylon reinforced silicone. It features a completely smooth air path for increased airflow over stock. The hose is also wire reinforced to completely eliminate the possibility of hose collapse in high power applications.The RKX hose by itself will also give a mild increase in supercharger whine.

We also recommend adding an aftermarket high flow air filter for maximum gains. The stock airbox can also be modified to increase supercharger whine to your personal preference.

Installed very fast, almost relatively easy. Hose is just a tad too long but I squeezed it in. One of the hose clamps was faulty, didn’t tighten nearly as easy as the other one. Supercharger whine is slightly more audible, i thought it would produce more whine but im still closed oem airbox.

Fit good, came w vacuum fitting and new clamps. This did fit my B8 3.2 .

Product fit well on my 2009 a6 3.0t, a little too long so if you cut about an inch from the end and throw a 3” filter on and your good to go. Supercharger sound is out of this world

Needed this past in a pinch as the place I initially ordered it from alerted me that it was going to be 2 weeks late the day it was supposed to arrive, and I had rented tools to perform the other upgrades. Showed up when it was supposed to, fits as it should. Between the tube and the filter it made a enormous difference in throttle response, without being too loud.

Fits perfectly with a modified stock air box and opens up the super charger wine noise that we love to hear on the 3.0l engines. Look is good too being a black color. Will also work with the OEM stainless steel clamps. No issues and would recommend this to anyone whom is wanting to remove the baffle from the stick air intake hose. Well done on their products.

Excellent product and easy to install, loudest sound when paired with a 4inch cone filter, removing the top of the air box, and removing the underhood sound deadener.

I actually bought this one and one off another discount site. This one is of better quality just due to the fact the silicone is thicker on this one and provides a bit more structural rigidity.That being said the fitment is actually pretty bad. Considering there is close to no major bends this tube, it took a lot of manipulation to get to an acceptable position.I may still actually remove and get a name brand higher quality piece out of fear of this popping off or crimping under pressure..Pros: did increase the supercharger noise a good amount. That is what I was going for. No seat of the pants feel whatsoever.Conclusion: Spend the money on a high quality piece from ECS or similar where you know there wont be any fitment issues.
