Disassemble the bearing
Step 1:
Check the location for debris and simply clean it up,Place the product according to the picture.
Step 2:
Find a suitable wrench and Turn the wrench hard.
Step 3:
After the wrench is tightened, the product can be easily taken out, and the bearing will come out with the product.
Install the bearing
Step 1:
Use an electric drill to make a hole where you need it.
Step 2:
Fix the parts with small screws.
Step 3:
Put the bearing on the product and put it in the engine.
Step 4:
Hammer the bottom with a hammer to make the bearing enter the engine and fix it.

This kit worked perfectly on my Alpha one mercury outdrive. I saw a lot of people mention that it was a hassle to drill the hole when you better have all this alignment stuff. I threw it in use my regular drill drill guide and then the second hole was lined up. Pulling Gimble be very easy. I did have to adjust it up at an angle because my bearing was sitting in their crooked and it came out the second time I made the adjustment to the angle. I would highly recommend this.

Just what is needed to get the job done. Can not complete the job without it. I mean, maybe you could, but it would be very very difficult and would require a custom fabbed piece to do it

Gimbal extractor works. One of these guys needs to come down here and show me how the installer works. There is a driver for the bearing with pin but the driver rod itself has no hole like shown in the picture. How do you miss that?
