Turbo actuator and calibration tool, we got both covered. This turbo actuator calibration tool is generally a stand-alone tool that calibrates Holset HE351VE, and HE300VG Turbo Actuators. These turbo actuators require calibration any time they are installed on the turbo. Our calibrator connects directly to the actuator, and on-screen step by step directions guide you through the calibration process.

Quick Heads-Up:
For the calibration process, just refer to the video above. Feel free to ask for help and assistance when needed for any issues or questions. Profession installation and calibration is still strongly recommended though.
Calibration Step:
Condition 1: Actuator had been removed from turbo: press IP Key – Assemble the Actuator with turbo and then – press IC Key
Condition 2: Actuator had been calibrated and assembled with turbo: press IC Key
Warning 1: Any time when Reset key is pressed, make sure Actuator had been removed from turbo, and then IP->IC
Warning 2: When IP success(digital tube display IP-S), make sure turbo gear is in the left limitation location and then assemble actuator. If not, calibration cannot success.
Operating voltage: 8-28V ((Usually 12V or 24V)
Operating temperature: -40~125°C

Easy install, fixed the problem, good price, wasn’t on backorder and arrived in a timely manner.Very satisfied. The only reason to not give it five stars is that the calibrator box isn’t quite as user friendly as it could be. Just put a label with instructions on it and it’ll be perfect.

After purchasing 2 actuators from previous sellers and having to return them due to the included programmer couldn’t bypass the security software in the 18-21 rams,I bought this one with the included programmer that calibrate through the actuator and it worked perfectly! Calibrated quick and the install was simple yet annoying due to þhe shock tower. No need to go to the dealership jusy to pay 250 for a calibration that takes less than 5 minutes to do. 6k miles later and a few of states through and the actuator is working flawlessly. Exhaust brake is working better than the stock one. I do hotshot work so we will see how long this last. So far its doing great. Highly recommend for the 18s with the security software!

Received on Dec 24th Quit working 3 days later on the 27th was able to pull over and put the calibration tool back on it and set it again for it to go out again 4 days later jan 2 haven’t drove the truck since the 28th.

Only issue there were no instructions or link to show the calibration process. Found one on UTube and it was easy. Calibrated and bolted in with no issues took a couple hours. Hardest part is draining the antifreeze and getting the drain cock back in.
