2.Our wheels are fully adjusted and spokes are tighten during assembly. however, we still recommend buyer to double check and tightening both the front and rear spokes before riding. this is to make wheels keep a balanced level of tension in their components.
3.Return accepted. returned items must be unused and undamaged. in case of installation or fitting issue you must always contact our technical assistance. for safety and responsibility reasons and possible installation or fitting issue must be investigated and solved first.
