had a 4.6 f-150 that some one goofed up an insert previously bad, this insert was a hail mary before having to change out the head. drilled out & tapped cylinder, cleaned everything out and ran insert down with high temp jb weld around the threads and let sit over night. put coil back in and it has ran every day towing a car hauler trailer for the last 6mths and thousands of miles
