Received this package with factory seals intact and it was given as a Christmas present and was found to be missing parts but I am out of the return window very dissatisfied with this product. Hoping the manufacturer can fix this situation.

I finally had occasion to do some TIG welding, and got to use this set. I don’t know if the parts are universal, but they are compatible with the torch on my Everlast multiprocess machine. So far so good. Between all the collets, nozzles, the spare torch body, and everything else, I may not have to buy any more consumables outside from electrodes for the rest of my career. I really wanted to try out the glass gas lens, but to my dismay, there were no instruction about how to use any of them. There are no threads to hold it in place like the ceramic ones. The only place I found any information is the pictures in the product listing on this website. To their credit, those pictures do an excellent job of showing how it all goes together, but it would have been nice to not have to go online to get the information.
