I have a Kubota B7800 tractor that I bought used. It’s a great little 4-wheel drive tractor, but to hook up my bush hog or seeder or box blade, I had to wrestle with the goofy turnbuckle stabilizers, and they are a pain. When I found this stabilizer set online, the manufacturer did NOT claim that they would fit the B7800 and I knew that upfront. From the pictures and descriptions, I was pretty sure I could grind an angle on them to fit my tractor. The first pic shows one of the new stabilizers installed as well as one of the old turnbuckles. The 2nd pic shows where I sketched a line for grinding the bracket off to fit, and the 3rd pic shows both stabilizers on the back of my tractor.Even knowing that these would not fit my tractor as they were made and even knowing I would spend about 20 minutes grinding them down to fit, I still would 100% buy these again. Those 20 minutes I spent getting the stabilizers to fit, I more than got back the first time I dropped my box blade and connected to my bush hog.An added benefit, these are so much stronger than the Kubota original stabilizers too.

Purchased for a Kubota BX2370. First impressions: they are pretty well made for the price you pay. The welds could be a *little* better, but they are not bad AT ALL. The fit and finish was much nicer than I thought they’d be, and the pieces slide together and apart very easily. The coating (powdercoat?, paint?) seems very nice. Installation took about 5 minutes. My ONE gripe with them after only having them for a day is, the side that connects to the actual 3 point arm seems like it should be slanted upwards ever so slightly (maybe thats only on the 2370?). It definitely works and was still easy to install, but the end on the arms was a hair snug to install the pins just because the angle this piece is made. It does not seem to affect operation at all. In my ignorance I thought this would be a “set it and forget it” type of thing, but it seems you DO need to remove the middle pin when putting new implements on, which is still loads easier than using the factory turnbuckles. What this does do, that makes it 10x worth the price, is keeps the arms spread when you are hooking up to implements. With the factory turnbuckles, it would take me several (SEVERAL) minutes to make sure the arms were spread as I was backing up to an implement. I think this item, with the addition of the “Pat’s Easy Change”, this would make the whole evolution of changing implements take less than a minute, especially because it would get rid of the need to take out the middle pin during hookup. I can’t speak to how nice this product is versus the ones made by Messick’s (which are 3-4x more $), but for how much these cost, it’s definitely worth the purchase!

This is way easier to setup than the cheap chain stabilizers that cam with my BX Kubota.

If you still are dealing with the turnbuckle style … give yourself a gift and upgrade to these. They are robust, easy to manipulate without drama and don’t bind up with dirt or rust. The way they’ve drilled the holes is staggered which gives you a much more granular control over spacing, it isn’t just in 1″ or 1/2″ increments.

Very nice and strong product. Simple install. Basically if you are buying this, you already know the purpose and the ease once on the 3pt hitch.
