The pen works best right side up. If you want to use it side ways on vertical surfaces, you might want to use a finger to apply pressure on the cup to help the paint out of the cup.

Got this to touch up numerous rock chips on my Z06….Did not work at all as advertised…Sure, when you tried it out on a piece of paper it seemed ok …When I tried it out on my bumper it was a different story ..Used the very thin cleaning tool and when I did the applicator fell off …Try finding that piece on the cement ..Not happening ..

It took me a little bit to get the hang of filling and getting it started but wow. I’ll never use the crappy brush that comes with tough up paint ever again.

The pen works better than I thought it would. The brushes were just the right size for areas larger that the pen handles.

Works well for large rock chips (>3-4mm in diameter). For smaller imperfections this tip is a bit too big, and will drop a large glob of paint. Look for 0.3mm or smaller tip tool for very fine chips.

It does not come with everything pictured.. Refer to my attached image to see what it comes with. Very misleading.

I used it to fix the rocks chips on my hood. After applying the touch up paint, I sanded it with the 5000 grit sand paper then I polished it. The result was very satisfactory.
