No leaks since install. I’m more trusting of the gasket than Fords recommended RTV sealant.

Installed without a hitch I’ll leave another review in a few months as an update. I added an RVT seal in addition to the gasket that comes with it.

Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) System in this aftermarket oil pan is defective causing too much crank case pressure. Was making my 2016 F150 2.7 eco boost -consume oil and blow smoke out of the tailpipe.There are internal PCV system check valves built into this oil pan that are defective and do not maintain a safe and operable PCV system.Ford no longer makes the old oil pan that uses RTV for 2015 through 2017.The fix is a Ford TSB 24–2098 where you have to install updated valve covers to use the updated FORD oil pan with gasket.Problem solved.

install with black gasket maker and gasket for about week , there are no leak . the key for install it , it is remove the leaking pan , let the engine oil drain for 24 hrs. then make sure is contact surface all clean and oil free. this should be take car the problem. good pan and love it come with gasket!

No issues at all. Just didn’t use the gasket and sealed it with the rtv silicone. Worked perfectly.

It has only been 4 days since I installed this pan but there are no leaks. I’m glad they had a gasket. It seems to be good quality for a plastic oil pan. I wish they would have included the oil pick up seal (and added it to the cost) but other than that its a complete kit ready to install. Pleasant surprise it came with new bolts.

Looks just like the OEM one, I do like that it comes with the gasket, I didn’t use RTV just the provided gasket, way easier to install with it instead of RTV. Time will tell how long it holds but so good so far.

Buying this kit and doing it myself saved me a ton of money when the factory oil pan on my 2015 2.7L eco boost started leaking. It’s been 6 months atleast since I’ve done the job and it’s been flawless
