Spurtar 12-point thin wall 14mm spark plug socket is a special tool designed to remove 12-point spark plugs from certain, compatible vehicles. It is designed with magnetic to hold the spark plug in the socket.

Because o-rings can sometimes grip too tightly, this socket was specially designed with a magnet system that holds the spark plug firmly in place, but still allows for easy removal.

Leider habe ich nicht bedacht, das es ein 3/8 Zoll Einsteker ist. Hatte nur 1/4 Zoll und 1/2 Zoll Verlängerung und Knarre.Ansonsten tut der Steckschlüssel was er soll.

Pro: they look nicely built. They are light, thin wall that can fit any spark plug tubes easily. Good price.Con: there is metal plate spring clamp inside of them. So they hold the spark plugs very tight, so when you remove the spark plugs, you will never drop the spark plugs with these sockets, but when you install the spark plugs, you have to use a extension bar with lock, otherwise you may have hard time to get the socket off of the spark plug.

Bought for plugs in Can-am UTV. Good quality and works. Had tough time getting any plug socket to work – either wrong size or to wide to fit in hole leading to the plug. This socket really grips the socket for both removal, and in installation so that it doesn’t bang up the plug end.

It was impossible to remove my spark plug on a YZ250FX with a standard deep socket. This one allowed me to remove the spark plug without any issue, due to the magnet being strong enough. The quality seems good, is sized accurately, and is a good value for the money.

Works very good on newer engines that require 14mm thin wall spark plug socket. Like the magnetic ring inside the socket to hold the spark plug. Don’t have to worry about rubber retainer staying with the spark plug like the old style of sockets.
