Installation Instructions:
1. Find the location for the headlight relay under the hood between the headlights. The wiper door vacuum relay location is under the rear right-hand fender well or the left side of the firewall
2. Mark the placement of the hoses so they can be re-connected later. The original hoses had striping to match the color coded dots on the original relay. The replacement valve is initialed and color-coded for ease of hose re-installation
3. Unbolt the old relay and replace it with the new one. Re-connect the hoses in their proper positions. An extra filter has been provided as a spare. These filters can also be cleaned by using soap and water only

Note: 1968 Corvettes need 1 for the Wiper Door and 1 for Headlights. 1968 – 1972 Corvettes need 1 for the Wiper Door and 2 for Headlights. 1973 – 1982 Corvettes need 2 for the Headlights

Works slower than the original and it has no filter but it does not leak.

Nice quality. One arrived with a faulty internal diaphragm so it won’t work the headlight. Hoping it’s just a one time issue!

Rebuilding headlight mechanisms on a 76 stingray. I rebuilt the actuators and replaced the actuator control valves. After that work, headlights work perfect. I purchased both the rebuild kit and the actuator valves from this company and everything arrived and worked great!
