Take out damaged fuel door kit
Take out the panels by panel removal tool, remove the fixing screws on the fuel tank cover by T25 bit, then take out the fuel tank cover.
Install new gas door assembly
Align the fuel filling hole with the vehicle filler neck, then line up this tab here with that hole to fie the cover on.
Installation detail processing
Note the snap position of the cover plate, and use the panel removal tool to embed some clips around the fuel.
Tighten the screws to finish
Install & tighten the set screws, install the white cover and two panels below, now the Fuel Gas tank cover for ford transit accessories is finished.
