I don’t have a bench vise yet due to space constraints, but my balljoint press worked just fine, just make sure to lube up pin so it comes out easier and pulls out bushing less.The product itself looks good, material is thick, paint is nice, bolts are zinc plated grade 5 (allegedly), only time will tell if they hold up but i think they will. Going to install them today and will update if i have any issues.Will be going on a 2001 Cherokeee.

These bar pin eliminators are built quite strong and fit great.I had to drill the holes in the axle to match the ones on the brackets (3/8 bit).Not going to complain about a bigger bolt to hold it down and It’s very easy to install.I personally would use loctite on the threadsJust for added strength.All in all a great product it’s comparable to Tera Flex.

Mounted up like they were supposed to. They’ve only been on for two weeks so time will tell what their durability is like.

Delivery as promised. I was worried about the quality because of the price, but it seems to be good, thick, heavy steel. Bolted right in on the Jeep end and the shock end. Does not come with small bolts that attach to the frame, but does come with the shock bolt. I can’t speak to durability because I just installed.

Once the old bar pins are removed these install in about 10 minutes.

Very well made brackets, bolts, and nuts. However I had to add washers for my Jeep Cherokee XJ shocks to fill the space In between the bushing and the bracket. Easy fix. Would have rated a 5 otherwise.

My bar pins in my 95 zj were horrible. Very very very sloppy and the bushings could be pushed out by hand. Angle grinder and cut off wheel to remove the old bar pins, mount these to the bottom of your shock and then it twists the bottom of the shock so instead of the pivot being side to side it pivots front to back which actually if you think about it, is the way the vehicle shouldve been made in the first place. Highly reccomend these. Getting another set soon to throw in my fiance’s jeep when i get her new shocks. These just make your shocks last longer essentially because your bar pin will be destroyed long before your shocks are blown.
